What Not to Publish as Fact
Do not invent boss names, weapons, Phantom Edges, quest outcomes, endings, map region names, item names, achievements, system requirements, or performance settings. Those pages should remain hubs until official or tested data exists.
Update Workflow
When a source changes, update the affected hub, add a note to updates, refresh the sitemap lastmod date, and keep old assumptions out of the copy.

Freshness and Corrections
Time-sensitive pages show a checked date. If two official listings disagree, the page describes the difference instead of silently choosing one. Retail testing must record platform and patch; community reports can suggest a test but do not replace reproducible evidence. Corrections should update affected internal links and sitemap dates in the same deployment.
